• WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW?
  Subscriptions renew on the 5th of the month. If you’ve signed up within 12 days of the 5th, your subscription will renew on the 5th of the following month. To verify your next renewal date, log into your account on our website.
• HOW DO I PICK MY PRODUCTS?
  For your first box, you will make your selections during the checkout process. For subsequent months, you’ll receive an email 5 days before your renewal with a link to the monthly options. Make your selections and sit back and wait – your box will ship in the last week of the month.
• I DON’T LOVE MY PRODUCT OPTIONS THIS MONTH – WHAT CAN I DO?
  Remember we have 3 surprise products coming your way that you haven’t seen yet – we really think you’ll love each monthly collection. But if you want to skip a month for any reason, just log into your account, click manage orders, and “skip” the month you’d like to opt out of. There is no limit to the number of skips you can have.
• HOW DO I CANCEL?
  Leaving so soon? No worries. Just log into your account and it the ‘cancel’ button. Easy peasy.
• WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
  Boxes ship around the 25th of each month (or the next business day thereafter). You will will receive an email when it ships. If you signed up on the 25th or later you will have to wait until the end of the following month to get your first box.
• I LOVED A PRODUCT IN MY BOX. WHERE CAN I GET MORE?
  You can view the collection on our website and shop more right from our website. Want to explore other products by a brand you’ve discovered this month? Visit the brand’s website and make sure to tell them that you learned about them from Ecocentric Mom!
