PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Number Match for $50,000 Promotion (the “Promotion”) ends when one (1) “Grand Prize” (as described below) have been claimed, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion does not constitute participation in any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Tiburon Media Group, LLC, 39 Main Street, Tiburon, CA 94920 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to participate. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
HOW IT WORKS: To participate in the Promotion go to www.sweepstakesbucks.com/subscribe.com (the “Website”) and complete the online registration form as directed by providing your email address, full name, mailing address, and telephone number, and clicking through a collection of offers, after completing the registration form and reviewing the available offers, you will receive your Sweepstakes Bucks Lottery Number (the “Entrant Number”) for the corresponding week. You do not need to accept any of the offers in order to register for the Promotion. You may opt-in to receive telemarketing calls and/or text messages from Sponsor and its partners, it is optional and opt-ing-in will not increase your chances of winning. You will then receive a confirmation email from Sponsor asking you to click the link in the email to confirm your entry. Your entry is not complete until you have clicked on the link in the confirmation email to verify your email address. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address per day. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “day” is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Promotion Period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Any and all entries that are submitted by the same entrant in excess of the applicable limits will be discarded. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries that it believes, in its sole and reasonable discretion, are fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid. By registering for the Promotion, entrants also agree to accept e-mail and direct mail marketing messages from Sponsor and its advertising affiliates, you may opt-out of these mailings at any time by following the instructions in the email.
PRIZE/ODDS:
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of $50,000. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1:100,000,000.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Any potential Grand Prize winner must sign and have notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), winner may be disqualified and, at the discretion of Sponsor the Grand Prize will either not be awarded or a new Prize Determination Number will be selected.
GENERAL: Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
