Free Insulin Travel Kit

If you’re an insulin-requiring diabetic, here’s a travel kit to keep your insulin and syringes safe and handy. It’s being provided to you today from Lantus.

This is a free kit with sign-up to the Lantus connection. This is a support group designed for people managing their diabetes with Lantus insulin. Some of the things you’ll receive are stories from other people who are managing their diabetes with Lantus, tools to help you reach and maintain your blood glucose levels, and updates and research about diabetes and Lantus.

    I would really like to have this for my brother as I need him to be able to handle his diabetes at all times since I don’t want him to have any other problems associated with diabetes. Our mother passed away at age 34 after experencing a massive heartattack from her sugar being over 1000. Please send one to my brother so i can help him. Thank you
