On the first page after clicking on the above link, select Consumer and then click on the ‘Continue’ button. Fill out the information in the form. Note that fields marked with a red asterisk are the only fields required. When filling out your address, change the drop-down box from Canada to the United States so that your state will show up. Then, select your state.
You can choose from Lamb & Rice All Life Stages Canine Formula, Chicken, Rice & Vegetable All Life Stages Canine Formula or All Life Stages Chicken Feline Formula. You may select all three for free samples if you wish.

R. Schultz, change the country drop down box to the United States and then you’ll be able to select your state. It’s not Canada only, it’s just that Canada is selected in the country drop down box by default.
