I did the same. Placed an order for two watches last year, have not received it yet. I have sent emails to their support email address but never received a reply back.
Looks like they have ran off and the money is gone. 🙁
My son purchased 2 of these items for myself and his stepdad for Christmas.
He placed the order in late November and it has not arrived yet!
So what can we do to get help from you about this.
