There is no expiration date on this coupon, but it may be a good idea to call your closest JCPenney store to ee if they’re participating.

There is a limit of one sample per person, but the coupon states that if they run out of this product, they’ll give you a free sample of anything you like! Not a bad deal.

    I have a JC Penney about 4 minutes away. The problem is they DO NOT have a beauty counter. A manager said to cal another store and maybe they will send it, I doubt that very much. So much for trying the product.
