Free Aspen or Sedona Blue Bunny Offer

Here’s how to get it:

  1. Follow the above link.
  2. Print out the rebate form.
  3. Purchase BlueBunny Aspen or Sedona Frozen Yogurt over Memorial Day Weekend (May 23rd, May 24th or May 25th) and make sure your receipt is dated with one of the above dates.
  4. Include the printed rebate form, your original receipt and the original UPC code of the box.
  5. Fill out the rebate form with correct mailing information.
  6. Mail all of the above from item number 4 to the address listed on the rebate form on or before June 10, 2009.
  7. Your rebate check will arrive in 4-6 weeks!
  8. Free Ice Cream!

As a caution, be sure to mail the original receipt and UPC code from the box, but make a photocopy of the receipt, UPC code and submission form in case your rebate check doesn’t arrive. That way, you’ll have proof that you sent everything in.

    Is this offer for a box or ice-creams or an individual bar.

    Nicola, it’s good for any of these products including the full boxes. I’m not even sure they sell these bars individually.
