Last night, I talked with stores in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Petaluma & Sonoma in Northern California and they are NOT participating in the Free sampling day.
I was told that they gave away free samples all last week and this is a corporate thing.

Live in Texas and called my local Dominos and they said yes they are giving away free today no purchase necessary. By the way do not forget 31cent scoop night tonight at Baskin Robbins -no limit .
