The sample is free, but there is a “gotcha” that you should consider.

While the sample is indeed free, you must pay the shipping cost.

The company is based in a remote area of the country and they say their shipping rates are higher than average.

They state that they will waive shipping fees when you place an order of $50 or more on their website. I guess if you are already familiar with products from this company then you might combine the free sample with an order for the products of theirs that you are already familiar with. This would be perfect for that situation, but for someone just wanting the sample – this would not be as attractive of an offer.
