All you need to do is call xxx-xxx-xxxx. Once the automated system picks up, press 1 and then press 1 again. Finally, press 1 again to sign up for the “Welcome Kit.” The pillowcase has been confirmed to arrive in the welcome kit, even though it’s not specifically mentioned on the phone call. You don’t even have to speak to a representative and the call should take you two minutes tops.
