Here’s how to get it:

1. Go to the George Killian’s site.
2. Click on ‘Register.’
3. Fill out the appropriate information.
4. Click on ‘Begin Journey.’
5. Click on ‘Free Brewmaster’s Tasting Kit.’
6. Click on ‘I don’t have a kit yet. Enter my code now.’
7. Enter one of the following codes: P3W9L4T, M9N7K3K or W3K4H96. (Note: If none of these codes work anymore, you can grab a code from a participating 6 or 12-pack of Killians).

Please note that this kit is not available in all states and you must be 21 years of age or older to request it. I just ordered mine and used the first code successfully. The site said that they would send an email confirmation when it is sent. Enjoy!
